Area Lead

Role Overview:

• As an Area Lead, you will be responsible for:
• Overseeing and managing the execution of project operations in accordance with established procedures and technical guidelines
• Participating in the evaluation of contractors’ execution plans
• Supervising and directing the activities of area execution supervisors
• Monitoring contractor resources and providing analysis and reports to executive management
• Managing and planning the activities of area supervisors in surface-level projects
• Identifying project challenges and operational risks and reporting them to executive management
• Organizing and managing human resources for surface-level site operations
• Coordinating with other departments involved in contractor execution to achieve project goals
• Collaborating with site management on logistics and operational support
• Coordinating with site management for local stakeholder engagement
• Representing the surface operations unit in weekly site meetings
• Attending contractor meetings on behalf of the surface project management team
