“Tange Bijar complementary 2D seismic acquisition” is finished on January 2, 2011 with 15,229 shot points fired. It was interesting that the project just finished 34 days ahead of contractual committed end date.
Tange Bijar project was located in a mountainous area consisted of 2826 sq km land of 2 provinces and 5 townships. Due to exigencies of mountainous area, the project utilized 1670 hours of flight operations performed by helicopters. The project was performed well-done enough that project client, ICOFC, has assessed performance of Dana Energy excellent.
Considering successful completion of “Tange Bijar complementary 2D seismic acquisition,” it was a great honor for Dana Energy to fulfill such work.
