Dana Energy collaborates with top national higher education institutes and universities to attract and retain exceptional talents with a career-oriented approach through the Bavar scheme. This scheme creates a talent pipeline underpinned by our trust in capabilities, passion and knowledge of fresh graduates that can be cherished and flourished at Dana Energy. Certain initiatives have also been put in place to prioritize and advance job meaningfulness as well as the development of employees. This approach will construct a platform for progress and facilitate the creation of next generation leaders from within the company.
