Role Overview
- Maintain the inventory of ICT consumables across the head office, projects, and operational bases, ensuring proper documentation and updates
- Review documents received from contractors and suppliers to ensure their accuracy
- Register purchase requests and upload the necessary documentation
- Coordinate and supervise contractors in the execution of ICT-related projects
- Review procurement and supply requests and handle related logistics operations
- Prepare, update, register, and archive supply and service contracts
Requirements
- Recommended fields: Logistics, Procurement, ICT, or related disciplines
- Experience coordinating ICT supply chains or similar operational support
- Strong organizational, documentation, and contractor management skills
- Familiarity with inventory systems and procurement platforms
