Role Overview
As a Service Desk Engineer, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting and troubleshooting computer and software systems (A+).
- Setting up and troubleshooting office machines (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Documenting the instructions and procedures and acquiring knowledge of the ICT service area
Candidate Requirements
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in IT (Engineering/Management).
- At least three years of work experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft services management (MCSA and MCSE0).
- Familiarity with network concepts (Network+).
- Familiarity with Cisco and Mikrotik equipment (CCNA and MTCNA).
- Familiarity with VoIP systems management, preferably CUCM.
- Ability to do teamwork.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
