Service Desk Engineer

Role Overview 

As a Service Desk Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting and troubleshooting computer and software systems (A+).
  • Setting up and troubleshooting office machines (printers, scanners, etc.).
  • Documenting the instructions and procedures and acquiring knowledge of the ICT service area
Candidate Requirements
  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in IT (Engineering/Management).
  • At least three years of work experience.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft services management (MCSA and MCSE0).
  • Familiarity with network concepts (Network+).
  • Familiarity with Cisco and Mikrotik equipment (CCNA and MTCNA).
  • Familiarity with VoIP systems management, preferably CUCM.
  • Ability to do teamwork.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
