Travel Officer

Role Overview

As a Travel Officer, you will be responsible for: 

  • Assessing the mission permit system and taking necessary steps to facilitate missions, such as selecting optimal routes and finding the most suitable transportation options at competitive prices.
  • Collecting travel information for personnel, generating essential reports for the organization, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Identifying the most suitable suppliers for procurement, managing invoices, and processing requisitions efficiently.
  • Exploring innovative approaches and keeping abreast of updates in travel-related information.
  • Demonstrating a commitment to personal development and staying updated on innovative practices within the field.
Candidate Requirements
  • Age: 21-39 years old
  • Gender: No preference
  • Understanding of aviation regulations and visa procedures.
  • Proficiency in requisition management, cost control, and financial calculations.
  • Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hotel Management, Management/Business/Commerce, Communications/Media/Public Relations, or Library Science.
  • Language: Proficiency in English at an intermediate level (70% or above).
  • Software Proficiency: Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, basic skills in Microsoft Excel, intermediate skills in Microsoft PowerPoint, and intermediate skills in Microsoft Outlook.
