Head of Accounting

Role Overview

As Head of Accounting, you are responsible for:

  • Reviewing and approving all accounting documents to ensure the accuracy of trial balances.
  • Preparing end-of-period financial statements and tax returns.
  • Overseeing the preparation of tax-related reports such as seasonal reports and VAT returns, and finalizing them with the financial accounting manager.
  • Ensuring the accuracy of project profit and loss calculations.
  • Communicating effectively with clients, contractors, and relevant regulatory bodies (including the Tax Administration and Social Security Organization).
  • Providing various reports to the financial accounting manager.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in financial accounting
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting and tax compliance
  • Effective communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial data
