HSE Supervisor

Role Overview

  • Identifying all stakeholders of the HSE unit at the project level and managing communication with stakeholders in accordance with the policies communicated by the HSE manager (including visits, conducting meetings, etc.).
  • Identifying technical requirements (legal requirements, client requirements, and organizational requirements) and planning for the implementation of these requirements at project levels.
  • Ensuring the HSE project documents, such as the HSE PLAN, risk management tables, ERP, project communication plan, and HSE requirements table, are updated.
  • Preparing and compiling the project’s HSE Final Report.
  • Managing risks and changes in HSE at all project levels.
  • Creating suitable conditions for technical improvement and personnel development under supervision.
  • Providing daily reports to all stakeholders according to the policies communicated by the HSE manager and monthly reports to the client.

Candidate Requirements

  • Proficiency in risk analysis and evaluation.
  • Proficiency in incident analysis and evaluation.
  • Ability to teach specialized HSE topics.
  • Familiarity with safety and health management systems.
  • Familiarity with environmental management systems.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Proficiency in crisis management principles and skills in ERP development.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Safety/Professional Health/HSE/Environmental Management.
  • Age: Up to 45 years old.
  • Gender: Male only.
  • Military Service: Completion of military service or exemption from it is mandatory.
  • Language: English proficiency above intermediate level (70%).

  • Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Safety/Professional Health/HSE/Environmental Management.

  • Military Service: Completion of military service or exemption from it is mandatory.
  • Language: English proficiency above intermediate level (70%).
  • Software Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word (average), Microsoft PowerPoint (average), Microsoft Outlook (average), Microsoft OneNote (average), Microsoft Excel (advanced).
