Responsibilities

- Source and order necessary replacement parts and materials.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance performed and maintenance history.

- Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations during maintenance tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training preferred.
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance practices.
- Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying issues.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
