Seismography Specialist (Recording Observer)

Role Overview

As a Seismography Specialist (Recording Observer), you will be responsible for: 

  • Implementing the company’s quality system, regulations, and internal administrative procedures
  • Continuous communication with the HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) department to receive updated safety instructions
  • Planning recording lines according to the monthly and weekly production plan, including group meetings with supervisors
  • Observing safety and health regulations and environmental procedures, and taking relevant control actions
  • Participating in project control meetings and presenting the weekly production plan based on the monthly program
  • Identifying and conducting training on risk and hazard areas for the environment and human resources
  • Studying and becoming familiar with new systems in seismography
  • Supervising the continuous control and proper maintenance of seismography equipment and the performance of recording workshops
