Role Overview
As a Camp Boss, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the camp and supporting operational teams engaged in operations.
- Reviewing and controlling the list and purchase of necessities based on the number of personnel.
- Supervising and overseeing the proper performance of camp staff duties.
- Ensuring adherence to safety, health, and environmental regulations in the camp as per established protocols.
- Preparing and submitting monthly and periodic reports about the camp.
- Managing camp services provided to personnel.
- Managing facility personnel for repairs within the camp.
- Managing and controlling caravans and the equipment inside them.
- Overseeing the proper performance of camp staff, kitchen personnel, warehouse managers, room attendants, and service personnel.
- Registering requests for the purchase of food and hygiene supplies needed for the camp.
Candidate Requirements
- At least 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably at least 5 years as a Camp Boss.
- Age: 35 to 50 years.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
- Gender: Male.
