Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Role Overview 

As a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, you are responsible for:

  • Reviewing 3D models and preparing stage drawings for components.
  • Analyzing items and compiling the production requirements for each part, including necessary machinery, machining tools, and more.
  • Participating in the planning of machining programs for lathe and milling machines, and overseeing the implementation of these programs in production lines.
  • Designing, developing, optimizing, and implementing CNC G-Code programs for complex parts.
  • Conducting time studies for item production and preparing upstream documentation.
  • Contributing to supplier development and localization by laying the groundwork for both domestic and international part manufacturers.
  • Overseeing and ensuring quality during initial production runs, whether in-house or outsourced.
  • Utilizing software capabilities to simulate and optimize various manufacturing processes.
  • Applying advanced manufacturing methods to enhance product quality and reduce production costs.
