Role Overview:
As a Camp & Transportation Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Coordinating and executing logistics operations with contractors to ensure timely unloading, loading, and transportation of goods and personnel
- Inspecting machinery prior to operation to ensure safety and functionality
- Preparing the scope of work and amendments for logistics tender documents, along with cost estimations
- Monitoring and overseeing real-time loading and transportation activities of both materials and staff
- Managing non-project-related items and company assets to ensure proper storage, safe handling, and delivery to requesters
- Following up on all camp-related support services, including equipment, assets, and vehicles
- Conducting periodic inspections of machinery and monitoring performance and contractual compliance
- Handling contractual and administrative matters related to camp logistics and transport services
