Camp & Transportation Officer

Role Overview:

As a Camp & Transportation Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and executing logistics operations with contractors to ensure timely unloading, loading, and transportation of goods and personnel
  • Inspecting machinery prior to operation to ensure safety and functionality
  • Preparing the scope of work and amendments for logistics tender documents, along with cost estimations
  • Monitoring and overseeing real-time loading and transportation activities of both materials and staff
  • Managing non-project-related items and company assets to ensure proper storage, safe handling, and delivery to requesters
  • Following up on all camp-related support services, including equipment, assets, and vehicles
  • Conducting periodic inspections of machinery and monitoring performance and contractual compliance
  • Handling contractual and administrative matters related to camp logistics and transport services
