Cost Control Specialist

Role Overview

As a Cost Control Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Participating in budgeting meetings with internal departments, clients, and partners
  • Providing senior management with updates on ongoing project statuses
  • Updating budgets and reporting on department activities
  • Developing and implementing cost control procedures, budgeting guidelines, and work instructions aligned with the finance department’s mission
  • Preparing, monitoring, and reporting all expenses and ensuring operational and accounting records align with project budgets and contractual agreements
  • Collaborating closely with the ERP team to implement cost control and budgeting functionalities within the ERP system
  • Implementing cost center rules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and cost allocation processes to ensure comprehensive asset cost tracking
  • Coordinating efforts with finance and project teams to ensure alignment and accurate reporting
