Role Overview
As a Base Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Coordination of support base operations including: base personnel, machinery, equipment, and input and output materials from the support base.
- Providing guidance to base personnel.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Preparing reports and maintaining records of base activities.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
- Inventory and procurement management, including receiving, storing, and distributing materials and equipment.
- Coordination and management of daily operations of the company’s base, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Candidate Requirements
- Gender: Male
- Location: Khuzestan – Ahvaz
- Minimum 10 years of work experience
- Requires business travel
- All disciplines (minimum bachelor’s degree)
- IMS requirements: Implementation of safety, occupational health, and environmental management systems.
- Microsoft Office: Using Office suite software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook…).
- Requirements, laws, guidelines: Executing activities and considering safety issues and safety standards and workplace health.
- English language: Speaking, writing, and comprehension skills.
- Safety in handling and transporting cargo.
- Preparedness and response in emergency situations: Identifying emergency conditions, readiness, response, and conducting maneuvers.
- IFS: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Safety in operations.
- Cartography: Ability to successfully carry out operations in accordance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements and guidelines.
- Incoterms: International transportation laws and regulations.
- Support management: Skills in supporting business operations.
- Establishing and expanding relationships with agencies: Skill in establishing and maintaining relationships with officials of the Kish Free Zone and other governmental agencies, law enforcement, and industrial park security.
- Accounting and finance: Knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and tax laws.
- Operation of cement and acid equipment: Skill in operating various pumps: Triplex, HT 400, and Batch Mixer.
