Role Overview
- Conducting testing engineering activities and preparing technical testing and DST plans.
- Interpreting well testing data using available software (Pansystem, Saphir).
- Preparation and organization of periodic (daily, weekly, monthly) operation tickets and reports related to activities performed before, during, and after each operation.
- Operating, maintaining, cleaning, and preparing all equipment related to pre, during, and post-operation, while supervising the team’s performance.
- Controlling, adjusting, and periodically inventorying materials and spare parts for operational control and recording in IFS.
- Controlling, preparing, and completing handover forms and presenting them to replacement colleagues and sending them to operations managers.
- Controlling and fully implementing RU/RD operations under the supervision and in accordance with the company’s guidelines.

Candidate Requirements
- Full familiarity with well testing and VoltTest operations.
- Wellhead control: having certification, sufficient skill, and experience, complete mastery of wellhead control equipment.
- Full familiarity with well testing equipment, MOS, and MOT.
- Mastery of equipment repairs for well testing devices.
- BOSIET: Familiarity with survival at sea, helicopter ditching at sea, and facing H2S.
- Use of Microsoft Office software suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
- Full knowledge of HSE in industrial and oil environments.
- Survival and safety in both maritime and dryland environments.
- Safety in operations.
- Emergency conditions identification, readiness, and conducting maneuvers.
- Firefighting: Familiarity with firefighting until the arrival of firefighting forces.
- Chemical safety.
- Drilling safety regulations: Observance of safety matters while present at drilling location.
- English language proficiency.
- Full familiarity and skill with the Integrated Field System (IFS) ERP.
