May was a month of strong presence for Dana Energy in two major university events: the third IranPetroMatch competition and the second Amirkabir University Job Fair. While each had its own unique format, they shared a common goal: creating closer connections between industry and academia, discovering new talent, and introducing professional pathways within Dana Energy.

The Iran PetroMatch competition brought together top universities, including the University of Tehran, Amirkabir University, the Petroleum University of Technology, and Sahand University of Technology. We were proud to see that one of the winning team members from the Petroleum University was a recent hire at Dana Energy through Dana Energy’s Bavar program, a clear example of how emerging talent can align with real professional opportunities.

Alongside the competition, Dana Energy held a series of technical workshops at the Amirkabir Petroleum Department, offering students an inside look at our value chain. The active participation of our esteemed people, such as Azadeh Mamghaderi, Ali Momeni, Roozbeh Taheri, Alireza Ahmadi, Farhad Rashidi, and Naser Raeisi helped create an inspiring and educational atmosphere. Their presence reflected our ongoing commitment to sharing knowledge and hands-on experience.

Just days later, after the Iran PetroMatch, our Human Resources team returned to Amirkabir for the university’s job fair, once again through the Bavar program. Alongside companies like OIEC, MAPNA, Zagros Petrochemical, and Carbon Bard, Dana Energy’s booth attracted many CVs, particularly in mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and chemical engineering. One of the highlights was an interactive AI-powered game designed for students, which made the booth a vibrant and engaging space.

Rooted in our long-standing efforts, these events were another step in Dana Energy’s approach to building strong ties with academia, developing our employer presence, and connecting with future professionals through real-world engagement.

As we continue on the path of innovation and professionalism, we believe the future of energy begins with knowledge, and that knowledge takes root in universities.
