Responsibilities:
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of the HRIS, including system upgrades, data integrity, and security.
- Collaborate with HR staff and other departments to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
- Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, including user guides, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
- Provide support to HR staff and other departments on HRIS-related inquiries and issues.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports using the HRIS.
- Manage relationships with HRIS vendors and service providers.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR technology.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or related fields.
- More than five years of experience in HRIS management, including implementation and optimization.
- Knowledge of HR processes and regulations.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
- Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts.
- Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations.
- Fluent in English.
