Senior HRIS Specialist

Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of the HRIS, including system upgrades, data integrity, and security.
  • Collaborate with HR staff and other departments to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain HRIS documentation, including user guides, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
  • Provide support to HR staff and other departments on HRIS-related inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain HR metrics and reports using the HRIS.
  • Manage relationships with HRIS vendors and service providers.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HR technology.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources Management, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • More than five years of experience in HRIS management, including implementation and optimization.
  • Knowledge of HR processes and regulations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience managing vendor relationships and contracts.
  • Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations.
  • Fluent in English.
